Graduation

State Track 2010

Damion qualified for State this year in Triple Jump, Long Jump, 4x200 Meter Relay and 300 Meter Hurdles.

Damion received medals for 3rd in Triple Jump, 4th in 4x200 Relay and 5th in Long Jump.The Rigby Boys also won State!! Damion holding the State Trophy!

Commencement

May 1, 2010
Damion and his best friend Colter Van Eps, with Kristen Lazarato and Kaisha Messenger. Both girls are Damion's X-girlfriends. Ha!

Record Breaker

On April 16, 2010, Rigby High Track Meet, Damion broke a 30 year old record. In 1980 the Triple Jump record was set at 44'2", Damion jumped 44'8"!! It was so awesome!! Damion is now #1 in the State of Idaho for Triple Jump! I am so proud, I can hardly stand it!

We went floating down the South Fork of the Snake River last saturday. Gorgeous day, except when I had to pee, Dick Cheney was hogging the ladies room. Secret Service dude wouldn't let me in, rude.
